About Nurtured by Nature

Nurtured by Nature was born out of a deep love for holistic wellness and the lessons I learned on my own health journey. During my college years, I struggled with cystic acne, leaky gut and hormonal dysfunction that left me feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and out of sync with my body. After years of trial and error—navigating both conventional and alternative approaches—I finally found relief and lasting change through a more personalized, root-cause approach to wellness. Now, I want to help others do the same.

About Me - My Story

My passion for wellness began early. Throughout my childhood I faced a range of health challenges that sparked a deep curiosity about food, the body, and how what we eat can either support or disrupt our well-being. That interest grew into something more personal—and more urgent—when I entered college…

Eventually, I found what truly moved the needle for my health: an individualized, root-cause approach that prioritized sustainable healing over surface-level solutions. I healed slowly and holistically, with strategies that honored my body’s natural rhythms and needs.

During those years, I was overwhelmed by cystic acne, digestive issues and hormonal imbalance. It was a frustrating and isolating experience, especially when quick fixes and conventional treatments didn’t offer lasting relief. I spent years researching, experimenting, and learning everything I could—from mainstream advice to natural healing traditions.

That experience didn’t just transform my skin and health—it reshaped my path. Now, I guide other women through their own healing journeys—from the inside out—using gentle, natural strategies tailored to their unique bodies, lifestyles, and values. My work is rooted in empathy, evidence, and the belief that when we reconnect with our bodies, we reclaim our power to feel well, radiant, and whole.

My Background & Approach

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science and a Primal Health Coach Certification from the Primal Health Coach Institute. Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in studying how food, lifestyle, and stress affect women’s health—especially when it comes to skin, hormones, and energy. My approach is rooted in a blend of ancient wisdom and modern science.

I believe our bodies thrive when we honor what they’ve been biologically wired to expect over millions of years of evolution—while also embracing the best that today’s evidence-based tools and technologies have to offer. It’s about finding that sweet spot between ancestral health principles and real-world, modern living. Most importantly, I believe in meeting you where you’re at.
